Manchester City climbed back up to second place in the Premier League with a 4-1 win over Burnley.

After only managing draws in their last two games, Tuesday’s trip to Turf Moor saw the champions get back on track.

Gabriel Jesus opened the scoring in the 24th minute, before doubling his tally – and his side’s lead – early in the second half.

Rodri made it 3-0 with a powerful strike to give Pep Guardiola’s side even more breathing space, before Riyad Mahrez added a fourth.

Robbie Brady got a consolation for the hosts, but it wasn’t enough to stop City wrapping up their first away win since beating Crystal Palace on 19th October.
